Services
We notarize signatures on your documents. Here are the kinds of paperwork people usually call about.
What we notarize
- Acknowledgments and jurats. The two most common notarial acts. The document, or whoever asked you to have it notarized, usually says which one is needed.
- Affidavits and other sworn statements.
- Power of attorney documents.
- Estate planning documents that call for a notary.
- Real estate documents that call for a notary, such as deeds.
- School and travel forms, including consent forms for children traveling.
- General documents such as letters, agreements, and authorizations.
Where we meet you
- Your home
- Your office or workplace
- Hospitals
- Assisted-living and senior communities
- Another location that works for you, such as a library or a coffee shop. Just ask.
We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or choose which document or notarial certificate you need. We also cannot promise that any agency or business will accept a particular document. If you are unsure what you need, ask the person or office that requested it, or an attorney.
